摘  要:对29份茶树紫阳群体种种质成熟叶片的叶长、叶宽、叶形、叶面积、叶脉对数、叶色和叶齿密度进行了多样性分析。结果表明:7个叶片表型性状的变异系数介于9.52%~34.02%之间,其中叶面积的变异系数最大,叶色的变异系数最小;叶片表型性状的多样性指数介于1.75~1.97之间,表现为叶色>叶齿密度>叶脉对数>叶长>叶面积>叶宽>叶形;叶长与叶宽、叶脉对数、叶面积均呈极显著正相关,与叶齿密度呈极显著负相关;叶宽与叶面积、叶脉对数均呈极显著正相关;叶宽与叶形、叶齿密度呈显著或极显著负相关;叶面积与叶脉对数呈极显著正相关,与叶齿密度呈极显著负相关;叶片的SPAD值与叶齿密度呈显著正相关。主成分分析将7个叶片表型性状简化为3个主成分,其累计贡献率为94.16%,包括叶片大小因子、叶色因子和叶形因子。聚类分析将29份茶树紫阳群体种种质资源分为5类。The diversity analysis of seven leaf phenotypic characters(leaf length,leaf width,leaf shape,leaf area,the pair number of leaf vein,leaf color and leaf teeth density)from twenty-nine Ziyang tea germplasms were performed.The results showed that the variation coefficient of seven leaf phenotypic characters ranged from 9.52%to 34.02%.The variation coefficient of leaf area was the highest,and the variation coefficient of leaf color was the smallest.Diversity index of leaf phenotypic characters ranged from 1.75 to 1.97,with leaf color>leaf teeth density>the pair number of leaf vein>leaf length>leaf area>leaf width>leaf shape.Leaf length was extremely significantly positively correlated with leaf width,leaf area and the pair number of leaf vein,and was extremely significantly negatively correlated with leaf teeth density.Leaf width was extremely significantly positively correlated with leaf area and the pair number of leaf vein,and was significantly or extremely significantly negatively correlated with leaf shape and leaf teeth density.leaf area was extremely significantly positively correlated with the pair number of leaf vein,and was extremely significantly negatively correlated with leaf teeth density.There was a significant positive correlation between leaf SPAD and leaf teeth density.Seven leaf phenotypic traits can be summarized into three principal components,and the cumulative contribution rate of three principal components extracted was 94.16%,including leaf area,leaf color and leaf shape factor.Twenty-nine ziyang tea population germplasms were clustered into five groups.
