摘  要:以化学键合COF-TpPa的蚀刻不锈钢纤维作为固相微萃取(SPME)的吸附剂,建立了SPME-气相色谱-火焰离子化检测器测定水中痕量多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。该方法的线性相关系数为0.9755~0.9979,检出限(S/N=3)为0.2~0.5μg·L^(-1),单根萃取纤维6日内相对标准偏差和3根平行萃取纤维丝间相对标准偏差分别为1.9%~7.3%和3.6%~8.6%。将建立的方法用于实际水样中PAHs的测定,回收率为96.8%~165.4%。Covalent organic framework TpPa was grafted on etched stainless steel fiber with polydopamine as the linker.The fabricated TpPa Bonded etched stainless steel fiber was employed as the solid phase micro extraction(SPME)to extraction trace polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)for subsequent gas chromatography-flame ionization detector determination in water samples.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9755~0.9979,the limit of detection(S/N=3)was 0.2~0.5μg·L^(-1).The relative standard deviations for six replicate determinations inter-day of a single fiber and the fiber-to-fiber of three parallel prepared fibers were in the range of 1.9%~7.3%and 3.6%~8.6%,respectively.This developed method was successful-ly applied to the determination of trace PAHs in the natural and tap water and the recoveries were in the range from 96.8%to 165.4%.
