多学科交叉融合“蚕桑+”创新人才培养模式探索

摘　　要：基于多学科交叉融合的创新型人才培养是当前我国高等教育教学改革的重要发展方向。现代蚕桑产业链贯穿种植、养殖、加工及贸易,涵盖多个领域,涉及多个学科,其可持续、多元化的发展离不开多个学科的交叉融合和协同创新。本文结合西南大学的学科资源优势,积极探索提出“蚕桑+生物”“蚕桑+农学”“蚕桑+食品”“蚕桑+医学”“蚕桑+纺织”等多学科融合的“蚕桑+”创新型人才培养思路和改革实施方案,为构建多学科交叉融合的“蚕桑+”创新型人才培养的新模式提供借鉴参考。The cultivation of innovative talents based on interdisciplinary integration is an important development direction of current higher education teaching reform.The sericulture industry chain including planting,breeding,manufacturing and commerce,covering many fields and involving many disciplines.The sustainable and diversified development of sericulture be closely related to the cross-integration and collaborative innovation of many disciplines.In this study,the“Sericulture+”including“Sericulture+Biology”,“Sericulture+Agriculture”,“Sericulture+Food”,“Sericulture+Medicine”,“Sericulture+Textile”et al.innovative talents cultivation thoughts and reform plan were carried out by combining with the discipline resources advantages of Southwest University,resulting in constructing a new cultivating model of“Sericulture+”innovative talents with multidisciplinary integration.
