摘　　要：在智能化时代,劳动发展最直接的体现是人类劳动过程的解放。从解放体力到解放脑力,劳动过程中“观念改造”实现了智能化;为人类进行想象与创造提供更多优选方案,提高了人类的想象力和创造力;让人类自由劳动时间增多,人的自由全面发展有了实现可能。与此同时,人类劳动形态亦发生了系统变革:重复性、程序性的劳动逐渐为智能机器所取代;多种过渡性非典型劳动形态大量存在;对知识、技术的生产应用成检视劳动的主要侧面。相应地,智能时代劳动关系的逻辑走向亦发生变化:人机关系一体化的智能创造要求人类与机器实现优势互补;市场用工形式愈发灵活;传统产业工人面临一系列困境与挑战,要自觉主动实现劳动技能转型升级以适应时代要求。In the era of intelligence,the most direct manifestation of labor development is the liberation of the human labor process:from liberation of physical strength to liberation of mental strength,the"concept transformation"in the process of labor has realized intelligence;Provide more optimal solutions for human imagination and creation,and improve human imagination and creativity;Intellectualization increases the free labor time of human beings and makes it possible to realize the all-round free development of human beings.Human labor patterns have undergone systematic changes:repetitive and procedural labor has gradually been replaced by intelligent machines;There are many kinds of transitional atypical labor forms;The production and application of knowledge and technology has become the main aspect of examining labor.With the changes in the external environment of labor and the main body of labor behavior,the logical trend of labor relations has also changed:the intelligent creation of the integration of human-machine relations requires human beings and machines to achieve complementary advantages;The form of market employment has become more flexible;Workers in traditional industries face a series of difficulties and challenges.Workers should consciously and actively transform and upgrade their labor skills to meet the requirements of the times.
