摘 要:乙型肝炎病毒(乙肝病毒)作为一种嗜肝DNA病毒,是引起乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)的病原体.人体感染乙肝病毒后机体会产生持续的免疫应答,很大程度上会造成慢性乙肝,进而发展成肝硬化甚至肝癌,严重威胁患者的生命健康.天然产物是药物发现的宝库.从天然产物中分离得到的多酚类化合物因含有大量羟基,使其具有抗氧化、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗衰老等功能,目前已成为研究热点之一.多酚类化合物及其衍生物(如表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、迷迭香酸、没食子酸等)可通过不同的作用机制发挥抗乙肝病毒活性,如抑制病毒吸附、靶向病毒cccDNA,抑制病毒复制转录过程,调控病毒诱导的细胞自噬、细胞凋亡、细胞相关信号通路及氧化应激反应等.对多酚类化合物及其衍生物抗乙肝病毒活性及作用机制研究进行综述,以期为今后抗乙肝病毒新药研发提供一定的参考.Hepatitis B virus(HBV),as a hepatotrotropic DNA virus,is the pathogen of hepatitis B.After the human body is infected with HBV,it will produce a continuous immune response,which will cause chronic hepatitis B to a large extent,and then develop into cirrhosis and even liver cancer,seriously threatening the life and health of patients.Natural products are the treasure arsenals of drug discovery.Since polyphenolic compounds isolated from natural products have carboxyl groups in the structure,they usually exert antioxidant,antiviral,anti-tumor,and anti-aging activities.They have become one of the current research hotspots.Polyphenolic compounds and their derivatives(e.g.,epigallocatete catechin gallate,rosmarinic acid,gallic acid)can exert anti-HBV activities via different mechanisms of actions,such as inhibiting virus adsorption,targeting viral cccDNA,dampering virus replication and transcription,and regulating autophagy,apoptosis,cellular related signaling pathways,and oxidative stress responses,which are induced by the virus.Research on the anti-HBV activity and mechanisms of actions of polyphenolic compounds and their derivatives is reviewed in this paper,in order to provide reference for the future research and development of anti-HBV novel drugs.
