摘  要:以某电器塑料外壳的浇口位置选择为例,利用Moldflow软件设计了单边双点进胶和双边对角进胶两种方案,并分别做了充填时间、注射压力、纤维取向张量、熔接线分布、翘曲变形等参数的模拟分析。模拟结果表明:采用单边双点进胶注射压力较小,熔接线位置不影响塑件外观及质量,纤维在指定的主方向上对齐的可能性很大,以及翘曲变形也小。模流分析结果有效地指导了模具浇口位置的设计,降低了研发成本及生产周期。Taking the gate position selection of an electrical appliance plastic shell as an example,two kinds of schemes,one-side double-point feeding and two-side diagonal feeding,were designed by using Moldflow software.Filling time,injection pressure,fiber orientation tensor,weld line distribution,warpage and other parameters were simulated and analyzed.The simulation results show that the injection pressure is lower,the weld line position does not affect the appearance and quality of plastic parts,the possibility of fiber alignment in the specified main direction is large,and the warping deformation is also small.The results of mould flow analysis can effectively guide the design of gate location,reduce the R&D Cost and production cycle.
