摘  要:回归文化理性重新审视高师院校厚育大国良师,是新时代高等教育高质量发展与教师队伍建设的重要课题。高师院校厚育大国良师的文化理性具体表现为彰显志业精神的制度理性、传承师道文化的主体理性、担当育师使命的价值理性与立足高质量培养的发展理性。然而高师院校在教师教育实践中出现了文化理性缺位的现象:人文精神的遮蔽造成制度理性的迷失;文化意识的游离诱发主体理性的消解;唯工具论的膨胀引发价值理性的剥落;教育理念的动摇导致发展理性的震荡。明乎此,高师院校回归文化理性需陶筑精神家园,觉知制度理性;善待师道传统,重建主体理性;注重生命意义,塑造价值理性;固着自身理念,铸牢发展理性。It is an important subject for higher education in the new era to return to culture rationality to re-examine the cultivation of good teachers in normal colleges and universities for high-quality development and the construction of teaching staff.The culture rationality of teachers’colleges and universities to nurture great teachers is embodied in the institution rationality that highlights the spirit of ambition,the subject rationality that inherits theteachers’professional moral culture,the value rationality that undertakes the mission of cultivating teachers,and the development rationality based on high-quality training.However,in the practice of teacher education in normal universities,there has been a phenomenon of the absence of culture rationality:the shielding of humanistic spirit results in the loss of institution rationality,the dissociation of culture consciousness induces the dissolution of subject rationality,the expansion of instrumentalism initiates the stripping of value rationality,and the vacillation of educational ideas leads to the shock of development rationality.Therefore,to return to culture rationality,teachers’colleges and universities need to build spiritual homes and restore awareness of the institution rationality,respect and encourage the tradition of teachers’professional moral and rebuild the subject rationality,emphasize the fullness of life and mouldthe value rationality,fortify their own ideas and consolidate the development rationality.
