摘　　要：世界一流大学形成的国际经验和历史实践表明,一流大学的孕育生成是一个不断超越并持续作出卓越贡献的渐进过程。在当下我国急切建设一流大学的背景下,存在盲目效仿西方现成模式、过分迷恋指标化建设等倾向,如学科建设唯ESI化、拔尖人才过度依赖引进、大学管理的制度崇拜。因此,加快建设中国特色世界一流大学,需要对标国家“破五唯”新要求,标本兼治,超越指标化发展陷阱,重视基础学科突破,强化领军人才本土化培养,提升大学学术综合治理能力。The international experience and historical practice of the formation of world-class universities show that the formation of first-class universities is a gradual process of constantly surpassing and making outstanding contributions.Under the current background of China’s urgent construction of first-class universities,there are tendencies to blindly follow the Western ready-made model and obsessively focusing on the construction of indicators,such as the only ESI discipline construction,the excessive dependence on the introduction of top-notch talents,and the institutional worship of university management.Therefore,to speed up the construction of a world-class university with Chinese characteristics,we need to meet the new requirements of the country’s“breaking the five only”,address both the symptoms and root causes,go beyond the indicator development trap,pay attention to the breakthrough of basic disciplines,strengthen the localization training of leading talents,and improve the comprehensive academic governance ability of universities.
