高校思想政治教育“部门方法论”:渊源、构造与适用

摘　　要：“高校”这个空间为思想政治教育方法论的学理讨论提供了更为丰富的可能。思想政治教育的思想育人范式兼具古代秩序主义的政治精英培养以及近现代基于大众启蒙和理性祛魅的一般化自由人教育的双重基因,进入高校思想政治教育领域,这两种基因反映为在教育主体方法论上“培养灌输”范式与“自主建构”范式的张力,在教育过程方法论上“意识形态宣教”范式与“学术科研探索”范式的张力,以及在教育对象方法论上“学校教育”范式与“社会教育”范式的张力,这种张力在一般意义上是因为思想政治教育方法论的“政治范式”与“教育范式”的张力,而通过部门化的思维,我们应当把上述的各种方法论主张视为高校思想政治教育方法论中的“部门化”的方法论设计。The space of “university”provides a richer possibility for the theoretical discussion of the methodology of the ideological and political education.The paradigm of “ideological cultivation” of “ideological and political education” has the double genes ofthe political elite cultivation of ancient orderlinessand generalized liberal education based on reason disenchantment and enlightenment of the masses in modern times.In the filed of ideological and political higher education, this two genes reflected the tension that is between the “cultivating indoctrination” paradigm and the “self-constructing” paradigm from the methodology of educational subject aspects.Beyond that tension is paradigm of “ideological education” and “academic research exploration”on the methodology of education process.Finally, the tension between the paradigm of “school education” and “social education” on the methodology of education object, which to general meaning is the paradigm of “political and education” in the methodology of ideological and political education, and consequently to regard various methodologies as “departmentalized” methodology design with the methodology of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which is processed by departmentalized thinking.
