摘　　要：基于2012年、2015年和2017年省份间非竞争型投入产出表,测算中国30个省份的制造业显性比较优势、全球价值链嵌入程度、国家价值链嵌入程度和国内数字技术投入量。在此基础上,实证分析了价值链嵌入程度和数字技术对中国制造业出口竞争力的影响以及数字技术的调节作用。研究发现,嵌入全球价值链、国家价值链和增加数字技术投入都能够显著提高制造业显性比较优势,成为提高出口竞争力的重要推动因素;数字技术对价值链嵌入影响制造业出口竞争力具有调节作用,且调节作用具有区域异质性和行业异质性,东部和西部地区更能享受数字技术对全球价值链嵌入和国家价值链嵌入提升制造业竞争力发挥正向调节作用。应该继续构建双循环新发展格局,有序投入数字技术,从出口大国向出口强国转变。Based on the China’s interregional non-competitive input-output table in 2012,2015 and 2017,this paper measures the manufacturing revealed comparative advantage,the degree of global value chain embedment,the degree of national value chain embedment and the input of domestic digital technology of 30 provinces in China.Also,it empirically analyzes the impact of value chain embedment and digital technology on export competitiveness of China’s manufacturing and the moderating role of digital technology.The result showed that the embedment of global value chain and national value chain,and the increase of the input of digital technology can significantly improve the revealed comparative advantage of manufacturing and improves export competitiveness.It also proves that digital technology plays a regulatory role in the impact of value chain embedment on manufacturing export competitiveness,and the regulatory role has regional heterogeneity and industrial heterogeneity.The eastern and western regions can better enjoy the positive regulatory role of digital technology in global value chain embedment and national value chain embedment to enhance manufacturing competitiveness.China should attach importance to building a new dual-circulation development pattern and invest digital technology in an orderly manner so as to transform China into a strong exporter.
