摘　　要：板栗营养成分高,产品市场大,但是板栗农户在板栗剥壳去皮方法上还是以传统手工剥壳去皮为主,生产效率极低。为此,设计板栗剥壳去皮机。从设计思路、产品结构、技术解决方案等,研制出一款剥壳去皮效率高、破损率低、板栗仁衣分离好、干净卫生的板栗剥壳去皮机,对提高板栗农副产品生产效率,促进板栗农户增收致富有着重要意义。Chestnut has high nutritional content and a large product market,but chestnut farmers still rely mainly on traditional manual shelling and peeling methods for chestnuts,resulting in extremely low production efficiency.Therefore,a chestnut shelling and peeling machine was designed.Developing a chestnut Shelling and peeling machine with high peeling efficiency,low damage rate,good separation of chestnut kernels and pulpy,and clean and hygienic quality,based on design ideas,product structure and technical solutions,etc.,which is of great significance for improving the production efficiency of chestnut agricultural and sideline products and promoting chestnut farmers’income growth and prosperity.
