摘　　要：为有效解决智能电网无线传感器网络节点能耗不均衡导致网络寿命短的问题,提出一种基于改进灰狼优化器优化模糊C均值聚类的分簇路由协议GWFCA。用反向学习策略增强灰狼优化器的全局寻优能力,使用由反向学习灰狼优化器改进的模糊C均值聚类算法对网络节点均匀分簇,均衡网络负载。每个簇内,考虑节点的能量因素和位置因素动态选举簇首,提高簇首质量。稳定传输阶段,构造基于蚁群算法的簇间路由,提高能量效率,并将轮询调度引入簇内通信,进一步改善网络吞吐量。仿真结果表明,该算法能够有效提高能量效率,平衡网络负载,延长网络生存期。To address the problem of short network lifetime due to unbalanced energy consumption of smart grid wireless sensor network nodes,a clustering routing protocol called GWFCA with optimized fuzzy C-mean clustering using an improved grey wolf optimizer was proposed.The global optimization capability of the grey wolf optimizer was enhanced with an opposition-based learning strategy and the network nodes were clustered uniformly using the fuzzy C-mean clustering algorithm improved by the opposition-based learning grey wolf optimizer to balance the network load.Within each cluster,cluster heads were dynamically elected by considering the energy and location factors of nodes to improve the quality of cluster heads.In the stable transmission phase,an ant colony algorithm-based inter-cluster routing was constructed to improve energy efficiency,and polling scheduling was introduced into intra-cluster communication to further improve the network throughput.Simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively improve energy efficiency,balance the network load,and extend the network lifetime.
