摘　　要：膀胱癌是泌尿生殖系统三大肿瘤之一,发病率和病死率均居恶性肿瘤前列。目前,由于膀胱镜检查入侵创伤性和尿液细胞学低灵敏度,寻找早期诊断和预后监测的膀胱癌生物标志物成为膀胱癌诊断的研究热点。尿液中含大量与肿瘤相关的蛋白质,存在多种潜在的蛋白质生物标志物,对膀胱癌的诊断具有重要临床意义。但蛋白质标志物的特异度和灵敏度仍需临床试验进一步验证。Bladder cancer is one of the three major tumors of the genitourinary system,and its morbidity and mortality are among the top malignant tumors.At present,due to the invasive nature of cystoscopy and the low sensitivity of urine cytology,the search for biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognostic monitoring of bladder cancer has become a research hotspot in the diagnosis of bladder cancer.Urine contains a large number of tumor related proteins,and there are many potential protein biomarkers,which have important clinical significance for the diagnosis of bladder cancer.However,the specificity and sensitivity of protein markers still need to be further verified by clinical experiments.
