摘　　要：发展专业学位研究生教育是经济社会进入高质量发展阶段的必然选择,是学位与研究生教育改革发展的战略重点。目前,我国国际商务硕士(MIB)研究生人才培养在培养模式、“双导师”建设和生源质量方面存在问题。提高我国MIB研究生培养质量,需要从完善需求导向型培养模式、推动课程体系与思政教育有机结合、推进“双导师”制落实、提高生源质量等方面综合考虑。The development of professional degree graduate education is the inevitable choice for the economy and society to enter the stage of high-quality development,and it is the strategic focus of the reform and development of degree and graduate education.At present,there are some problems in the cultivation mode,the construction of"double tutor"and the source quality of students in the master of international business(MIB)postgraduates.To improve the quality of MIB postgraduates training in China,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the aspects of improving the demand-oriented training model,promoting the organic combination of the curriculum system and ideological and political education,promoting the implementation of the"double tutor"system,and improving the quality of students.
