社会支持系统结合帕利哌酮治疗城市流浪精神疾病患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察社会支持系统结合帕利哌酮治疗城市流浪精神疾病患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取广州市民政局精神病院2020年1月—2021年11月收治的60例城市流浪精神疾病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用帕利哌酮缓释片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合社会支持系统,2组均干预2个月。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前及治疗2个月后简明精神病评定量表、康复状态量表、个人与社会功能评定量表、生存质量评分,不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的73.33%(χ^(2)=7.067,P=0.008)。治疗2个月后,2组简明精神病评定量表评分、康复状态量表评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗2个月后,2组社会中有用活动、个人与社会关系、自我照料、干扰与攻击行为评分及心理功能、社会功能、物质生活、躯体功能评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组与观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率均为6.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论社会支持系统结合帕利哌酮治疗城市流浪精神疾病患者的临床疗效确切,可更有效地改善患者的精神症状,提高其个人及社会功能及生存质量,且治疗安全性较高。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of social support system assisted paliperidone for urban homeless mental patients.Methods A total of 60 cases of urban homeless mental patients admitted to Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau Mental Hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected retrospectively as the main subjects of this study,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to treatment method,30 cases in each group.Patients of the control group were treated with paliperidone sustained-release tablets,and patients of the observation group were treated with social support system based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.Clinical effect,scores of Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale,Rehabilitation Status Scale,Personal and Social Function Rating Scale and Quality of Life before and after 2 months of treatment,incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,was higher than 73.33%of the control group(χ^(2)=7.067,P=0.008).After 2 months of treatment,scores of Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale,Rehabilitation Status Scale of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).After 2 months of treatment,scores of social useful activities,personal and social relations,self-care,interference and aggressive behavior and psychological function,social function,material life and physical function of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%of the two groups,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Social support system assisted with paliperidone have a significant effect in the treatment of urban homeless mental patients,it can more effectively improve the patients′mental symptoms,promote their social function and quality of life,and with h
