摘　　要：在加强公立医院高质量发展和三级公立医院绩效考核背景下,笔者以所在单位为例,通过对医院内部实际做法进行分析,查找存在问题、提出对策建议,并对今后医院绩效管理工作进行讨论,以期不断优化医院绩效考核工作。In the context of strengthening the high-quality development of public hospitals and the performance appraisal of Grade III public hospitals,the author takes the unit as an example,analyzes the actual internal practices of the hospital,finds existing problems,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,and discusses the performance management of hospitals in the future,to continuously optimize the hospital performance appraisal work.
