摘　　要：从《金匮要略》“五脏元真通畅”理论出发,进一步阐释“通以治癌”的理论依据,并主张以维护机体“通态”为导向,深入挖掘中医理论在认知恶性肿瘤中的优势,期冀突破现有肿瘤防治瓶颈,掌握肿瘤防治的主动性。Based on the theory of“normal circulation of genuine qi in five zang-organs”in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,this paper further explained the theoretical basis of“smoothing circulation of body to cure tumor”.Furthermore,it advocated to maintain“tong state”in the body as the guidance,and deeply explored the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine theory in the cognition of malignant tumors,with the aim on breaking through the existing bottleneck and mastering the initiative of tumor prevention and treatment.
