摘  要:为满足大型企业自动化生产与仓储管理作业需求,通过优化调度算法,从硬件和软件两个方面,设计过程自动化分拣及仓储管理系统。首先,硬件方面改装核心处理器与分拣控制器,调整系统通信网络的连接结构;其次,在硬件设备的支持下,结合货物价值与剩余时间,计算分拣任务的优先级;再次,利用优化调度算法生成货物分拣调度路径;最后,通过入库、出库等步骤,实现系统的自动化仓储管理功能。实验结果表明:优化设计系统的平均分拣仓储作业效率、管理任务运行成功率分别为88.94%和99.78%,分拣调度碰撞次数低于5次,且在多任务并行情况下管理功能无明显下降。In order to meet the needs of automatic production and storage management of large enterprises,the process automatic sorting and storage management system is designed from both hardware and software aspects by optimizing the scheduling algorithm.In terms of hardware,the core processor and sorting controller are modified to adjust the connection structure of the system communication network.With the support of the hardware equipment,the priority of the sorting task is calculated,combining with the cargo value and the remaining time.The optimized scheduling algorithm is used to generate cargo sorting and scheduling paths.Through the steps of warehousing and warehousing,realize the automatic storage management function of the system.The conclusion of the system test experiment is that the average sorting and storage operation efficiency and the success rate of management task operation are 88.94%and 99.78%respectively,and the number of sorting and scheduling collisions is less than 5 times,and the management function can not be significantly reduced in the case of multi-task parallel.
