摘　　要：目的探讨重组人表皮生长因子衍生物滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对白内障术后干眼症患者氧化应激指标及角膜内皮细胞功能的影响。方法选择2019年9月至2020年11月西安市阎良区人民医院收治的240例白内障术后干眼症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各120例。对照组采用玻璃酸钠滴眼液,观察组在对照组基础上加用重组人表皮生长因子衍生物滴眼液。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的丙二醛(MDA)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平低于对照组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的角膜内皮细胞面积变异系数、平均细胞面积均小于对照组,角膜内皮细胞密度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的基础泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)大于对照组,角膜荧光素染色(FL)评分低于对照组,泪膜破裂时间(BUT)长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人表皮生长因子衍生物滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症效果满意,可降低炎症反应,改善应激反应指标,也能调节角膜内皮细胞功能,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on oxidative stress indexes and corneal endothelial cell function in patients with dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 240 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery admitted in the People's Hospital of Xi'an Yanliang District from September 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 120 cases in each group.The control group received sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group received recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative eye drops on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and lipid peroxide(LPO)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the variation coefficient of corneal endothelial cell area and average cell area of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the density of corneal endothelial cell was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the schirmerⅠtest(SⅠt)in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,corneal fluorescein staining(FL)score was lower than that in the control group,and break-up time(BUT)was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The recombinant human epidermal growth factor derivative eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery has a satisfactory effect,which can reduce inflammatory reactions,
