摘  要:放射治疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段之一。放射治疗学技术不断创新进步,但放射治疗学的教学受限于学员缺乏前期放射治疗学相关理论培训、基础知识晦涩难懂、应用设备昂贵易损等,亟待发展应用创新的放射治疗学教学模式。当前,将仿真技术与人机接口技术、计算机图形学、多媒体和传感技术等相结合的虚拟现实技术提供的沉浸式环境被尝试应用于医疗领域,作为患者辅助治疗的手段。以虚拟现实技术为基础的教学平台可应用于接受放射治疗患者的宣教,辅助提高医学生的沟通能力;放射治疗医师、物理师及技师的人才培养,最终实现线上与线下课程的相结合,理论与实践的相结合,虚拟现实技术与放射治疗技术人才培养的相结合。Radiotherapy is one of the most important treatment modalities for malignant tumors.Although the technology of radiotherapy is progressing,radiotherapy education is still limited by the lack of early radiotherapy-related theoretical training,obscure basic knowledge,and expensive and vulnerable application equipment,etc.Hence,it is urgent to develop an innovative teaching method.Nowadays,virtual reality technology-based education platform,which is combined with the technology of man-machine interface,computer graphics,multimedia,and sensor,is utilized in the medical field.Meanwhile,it can be applied for the patients receiving radiotherapy and the talent training of radiation oncologists,physicists and technicians.The final goal is to realize the combination of online and offline courses,the combination of theory and practice,and also the combination of virtual reality technology and radiotherapy education.
