摘　　要：国家全面推动数字经济发展,将民营企业中含有的国有股权视为一种重要的资源提供与治理机制,使用2013—2020年在A股上市的民营企业数据,研究国有股权对企业数字化转型的影响。实证结果表明:国有股权对民营企业数字化转型具有显著的促进作用;将民营企业中的国有股权背景进行分类后,作为战略投资者的国有股权能够更好地推进数字化转型战略的实施,而作为财务投资者的国有股权其作用有限;国有股权在营商环境较好的城市对民营企业数字化转型的促进作用表现得更为显著。The state comprehensively promotes the development of the digital economy,this paper regards the state ownership in private enterprises as an important resource provision and governance mechanism,using the data of private enterprises listed in A-shares from 2013 to 2020,and studies the impact of state ownership on corporate digital transformation.The empirical results show that the state ownership can significantly promote the digital transformation of private enterprises.After classifying the background of state ownership in private enterprises,the state ownership as a strategic investor can better promote the implementation of its digital transformation strategy,while the role of state ownership as a financial investor is limited.Moreover,the state ownership plays a more significant role in promoting the digital transformation of private enterprises in cities with better business environment.
