摘 要:脂质代谢异常与肝癌发生、发展密切相关,但很多机制尚不明确。本文通过综述脂质微环境与肝癌侵袭转移的联系,从脂肪因子、结合蛋白及免疫重编程3个方面深入探讨脂肪细胞和肝癌细胞复杂的相互作用,显示了肿瘤脂质微环境既从各个方面促进肝癌侵袭转移,又多角度地抑制肿瘤发展的复杂功能,基于这些理论进展及新的研究思路,以期为通过靶向干预肿瘤脂质微环境治疗肝癌提供理论依据。Abnormal lipid metabolism is closely related to the occurrence and development of liver cancer,but many mechanisms are unclear.This paper reviews the connection between lipid microenvironment and liver cancer invasion and metastasis.Through the exploration of the complex mutual effects on adipocytes and liver cancer cells from adipokines,binding proteins and immune reprogramming,it is showed the complex function that tumor lipid microenvironment not only promotes liver cancer invasion and metastasis from various aspects,but also plays the role in inhibiting tumor progression.Based on these theoretical advances and new research ideas,we hope to provide a theoretical basis for targeted intervention of tumor lipid microenvironment in the treatment of liver cancer.
