摘　　要：为研究民航飞行员胜任能力特征,在飞行技术和安全运行的前提下,结合已有的研究文献,通过开放式问卷调查和专家访谈,确定民航飞行员胜任能力特征,建立民航飞行员胜任能力模型。根据确定的胜任力特征及影响因素设计调查问卷;在问卷调查的基础上,运用因子分析法建立民航飞行员胜任能力评价指标体系。上述体系包括理论知识、飞行技术、性格特点、行为作风和职业素养4个一级指标,法律法规、应急处置能力、冷静、责任感强等17个二级指标。利用结构方程模型(SEM)验证民航飞行员胜任能力模型的有效性。研究表明,能力对民航飞行员胜任能力的影响最大,其次是飞行技术、性格特点,影响最小的为社会价值观。In order to study the competency characteristics of civil aviation pilots,we determined the competency characteristics of civil aviation pilots and established the competency model of civil aviation pilots through open questionnaires and expert interviews on the premise of flight technology and safe operation,combined with existing research literature.According to the determined competency characteristics and influencing factors,the questionnaire was designed;on the basis of the questionnaire survey,the factor analysis method was used to establish the competency evaluation index system of civil aviation pilots.The system includes four first-level indicators,including theoretical knowledge,flight technology,personality characteristics,behavior style and professional quality,and 17 second-level indicators,including laws and regulations,emergency response ability,calm and strong sense of responsibility.The structural equation model(SEM)was used to verify the effectiveness of the competency model of civil aviation pilots.The research shows that the ability has the greatest impact on the competency of civil aviation pilots,followed by flight technology and personality characteristics,and the social values have the least impact.
