摘  要:以某轿车盘式制动器为对象,采用复特征值分析方法研究消音片对制动尖叫的抑制作用。消音片阻尼层与金属层的弹性模量、密度、厚度等参数的灵敏度分析结果表明,对不稳定倾向系数TOI有显著影响的参数是金属层厚度和弹性模量,以及阻尼层弹性模量和密度;以灵敏度显著的参数为变量构建Kriging模型得到优化目标函数,同时考虑参数的不确定性,进行消音片6 Sigma稳健性优化,得到的模态负阻尼比结果为0.355%,表明制动器优化后的NVH性能满足要求,且工艺性好。This paper is based on the discs brake system to analyse the suppression effect of shim to brake squeal by complex eigenvalue analysis method.The sensitivity analysis results of the elastic modulus,density and thickness of the damping layer and the metal layer show that the parameters that have a significant influence on the tendency of instability coefficient TOI are the thickness and elastic modulus of the metal layer and the elastic modulus and density of the damping layer.Parameters with significant sensitivity were used as variables to construct the Kriging model to get the optimized objective function.At the same time,considering the uncertainty of parameters,the 6 Sigma robust optimization of shim was carried out.The modal negative damping ratio is 0.355%,which shows that the optimized NVH performance of the brake satisfies the requirements and the technology is well.
