焦点式心理护理干预在子宫内膜癌患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨焦点式心理护理干预在子宫内膜癌患者中的应用效果。方法将121例子宫内膜癌患者采用抛币法随机分为研究组(62例)和对照组(59例)。两组均给予常规心理护理。研究组在此基础上给予焦点式心理护理联合院外随访干预。比较两组患者干预前后心理应激状态、睡眠质量及患者满意度。结果干预后两组患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前降低(P<0.01),研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均较干预前降低(P<0.01),研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后研究组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论焦点式心理护理干预可改善子宫内膜癌患者心理应激状况及睡眠质量,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of focused psychological nursing intervention FPNI)in patients with endometrial cancer(EC).Methods A total of 121 EC patients were divided into research(n=62)and control group(n=59)according to coin toss method.Both groups underwent routine psychological nursing,on this basis research group received the combination of the FPNI and follow-up.Pre-and post-intervention psychological stress state,sleep quality and satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results After the intervention scores on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in both groups lowered compared with pre-intervention(P<0.01)and were lower in research then in control group(P<0.01).After the intervention scores on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in both groups lowered compared with pre-intervention(P<0.01)and were lower in research then in control group(P<0.01).After the intervention total satisfaction was higher in research then in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The FPNI could improve psychological stress and sleep quality in patients with endometrial cancer and increase patients'satisfaction with nursing service.
