后装治疗系统中使用环型施源器放射源驻留位置偏差值验证

摘　　要：目的探究后装治疗中使用环型施源器导致放射源驻留位置产生的偏差值。方法收集2016年2月至2020年10月中国香港大学深圳医院放疗科瓦里安Gamma Med Plus后装治疗系统中应用钛制环型施源器创建验证计划资料,通过放射自显影胶片得到放射源实际驻留位置,将其与计划驻留位置比较后得到两者的偏差数据。结果使用环型施源器时,放射源实际驻留位置与计划驻留位置存在一定的偏差值,其中30°环型施源器平均偏差为-1.42 mm,45°环型施源器平均偏差为-1.82 mm,60°环型施源器平均偏差为-1.85 mm。结论为适应精准放疗的发展趋势,有必要对后装环型施源器放射源位置偏差值进行验证,并应用相应的修正值修正偏差。Objective The deviation value of the residence position of radioactive source caused by the use of the ring applicator in after-loading treatment was investigated.Methods With collection of the data of the verification plan for the application of titanium ring applicator in the Varian GammaMed Plus after-loading treatment system in the Department of Radiotherapy of the University of Hongkong-Shenzhen Hosipital from February 2016 to October 2020,the actual residence position of the radioactive source obtained through the autoradiography film was compared with the planned location to obtain their deviation data.Results With the use of ring type applicators,there was a certain deviation between the actual residence position of radioactive sources and the planned residence position.The average deviation of 30°ring applicators was-1.42 mm,the average deviation of 45°ring applicators was-1.82 mm,and the average deviation of 60°ring applicators was-1.85 mm.Conclusion In order to adapt to the development trend of precision radiotherapy,it is necessary to verify the source position deviation value of the after-loaded ring applicator and apply the corresponding correction value to correct the deviation.
