论中国特色社会主义政治经济学的逻辑起点

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义政治经济学要回答什么是中国特色的社会主义经济,怎样建设这样的经济;目的是分析和总结新中国70多年社会主义经济建设的经验和教训,论证它的基本规律。从新中国历史来看,党在过渡时期提出的“一化三改”总路线和总任务引导中国进入了社会主义社会的初级阶段,同时也把自己的符号留在了中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论逻辑的原点。尽管“一化三改”总路线仅仅是社会主义的初步实践,但在其过程中已经产生或提出了许多中国特色社会主义政治经济学的理论命题,而圆满和成功回答这些命题,往往需要付出更长的时间,但问题的产生和提出则是这个时代中国共产党和中国人民实践斗争的伟大贡献。Socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics has to answer what is the socialist economy with Chinese characteristics,and how to build such economy;and its goal is to analyze and sum up the experiences and lessons for socialist economic construction in the People's Republic of China for more than 70 years,and to prove its basic rules.In case of the view of the history of the People's Republic of China,the general line and general assign-ment of"one industrialization and three socialist modifications"proposed by CCP led China into the initial stage of the socialist society,at the same it also leaved its symbol at the original point of theoretical logic for socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.In spite of initial socialist practice,the process of implementing"one industrial-ization and three socialist modifications",had put forward many theoretical propositions of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.It needs more time to answer these propositions with complete success for most cases,but the great contribution had been made by CCP and Chinese people's practice in putting forward the propositions.
