摘  要:构建协同育人的高校创新创业人才培养质量评价体系,是适应我国创新创业教育改革,助力高校创新创业人才培养质量保证体系建设的关键环节之一。然而,高校长期坚持创新创业教育的结果导向,忽视育人质量监控的过程管理,尚未形成科学规范的双创人才培养质量评价体系,对高校创新创业人才培养质量评价的理论研究尚处于初级的探索阶段,亟待将创新创业教育协同育人融入高校人才培养体系,以构建协同育人的高校创新创业人才培养质量评价为核心,促进创新创业教育协同育人高质量发展。本研究首先采用扎根理论对J省11所高校的多来源、半结构化访谈进行编码分析,认为协同育人的高校创新创业人才培养质量的内核即创新创业协同育人质量,表现为高校创新创业教育协同育人的功能投入程度以及育人效果的产出水平,形成双创资源投入、人才业绩成果、人才素质增值3个一级指标共23个二级指标组成的评价指标体系,建立涵盖四级十二等的育人质量标准。其次,通过来自Y大学的问卷样本进行评价实证分析,验证所构建评价指标体系的有效性,发现该校协同育人的创新创业人才培养质量为C级甲等(C+)即中等偏上水平,有待通过强化双创资源投入、增加人才业绩表现、促进人才素质增值的路径进行人才培养质量升级,从而为评价协同育人的高校创新创业人才培养质量提供了可供借鉴与推广的指标、标准和方法。最后提出完善创新创业人才培养体系、推进产教融合协同发展机制、建设创新创业教育协同育人质量保障系统等对策建议,为推动高校创新创业教育协同育人高质量发展提供理论指导和实践参考。Building a quality evaluation system for the collaborative education of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities is one of the key links to adapt to the reform of China's innovative and entrepreneurial education to boost the construction of a quality assurance system for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents.However,colleges and universities have long insisted on the result-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship education,neglected the process management of education quality monitoring,and have not yet formed a scientific and standardized evaluation system for the quality of training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and the theoretical research on the quality evaluation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents training is still at the primary exploration stage.Therefore,it is urgent to integrate the collaborative education of innovation and entrepreneurship into the talent cultivation system of colleges and universities,and promote the high-quality development of the collaborative education of innovation and entrepreneurship by building the quality evaluation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities with the core of collaborative education.Based on the grounded theory,this study firstly adopts the coding analysis of multi-source and semi-structured interviews from 11 universities in J Province,and believes that the kernel of the cultivation quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in collaborative education is the quality of collaborative innovation and entrepreneurship cultivation,which is expressed in the degree of functional input and output level of cultivation effect of collaborative education of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.The evaluation index system is tentatively formed,composed of 23 secondary indicators based on three primary indicators,namely,innovation and entrepreneurship resource investment,talent performance results,and value-added talent competence.T
