摘 要:为探究四川卡莎湖省级自然保护区木本和草本药用植物资源的数量、种类、生活型及药用植物药用部位及功能情况,通过覆盖全保护区的重点线路,调查保护区内药用植物资源的群落类型以及生长环境(包括海拔、气候以及人为活动等多种因子),分析保护区内药用植物的自然生长状况,以及保护区周边社区药用植物栽培情况,为保护区内药用资源可持续发展及利用提供决策依据。结果显示:(1)卡莎湖自然保护区药用植物有72科218属469种,其中,科属构成丰富多样,科的构成上寡种科最多,有27科84种,分别占总科数的37.5%,占总种数的17.9%;属的构成上单种属占绝对优势,有120属,占总属数的55.0%,占总种数的25.6%。(2)按生活型来区分,草本植物明显占优势,有384种,占总种数的81.9%。(3)药用植物的主要药用部位是全群(全株)、根和根茎。(4)药用植物主要属于温带气候分布。研究表明,卡莎湖保护区的药用植物物种丰富,药用植物的生活类型和作用广泛,具有科学研究、保护和利用的价值。In order to explore the quantity,types,life forms,medicinal parts and functions of medicinal plant resources in the Kasha Lake Provincial Nature Reserve of Sichuan,this study investigated the community types and growth environment(including multiple factors such as altitude,climate and human activities)of medicinal plant re-sources in the reserve through the investigation of key routes covering the whole reserve,analyzed the natural growth status of medicinal plants in the reserve,and the cultivation of medicinal plants in the surrounding communities of the reserve.Provide decision-making basis for the sustainable development and utilization of medicinal resources in protected areas.The results showed that:(1)There were 469 species of medicinal plants in 72 families,218 genera,among which,the composition of families and genera were rich and diverse,and the oligospecies family in composition of families was the largest,there were 84 species in 27 families,accounting for 37.5%of the total families and 17.9%of the total species,the monoecious genus in composition of genera was absolutely dominant,with 120 genera,accounting for 55.0%of the total genera and 25.6%of the total species.(2)In terms of habitat type diversity,herbaceous plants were clearly dominant,with 384 species,accounting for 81.9%of the total species.(3)The main medicinal parts of the medicinal plants of Lake Casa were the whole group(whole plant),roots and rhizomes.(4)The medicinal plants of Lake Casa mainly belong to the temperate climate distribution.These results showed that the protected area of Casa Lake was rich in medicinal plant species,had a wide range of life types and functions,and had scientific research,protection and utilization value.
