摘 要:目的:研究乌鲁木齐地区成年女性骨性Ⅱ类不同垂直骨面型错[牙合]患者[牙合]平面倾斜度与面下1/3软组织侧貌之间的相互关系。方法:90例骨性Ⅱ类成年女性患者,年龄18~28岁,根据Go Gn-SN角的大小分为高(Go Gn-SN>37.7°)、均(27.2°≤Go Gn-SN≤37.7°)、低(Go GN<27.2°)角各30例,使头颅侧位片导入SKETCHPAD 5.06软件进行测量,应用SPSS 23.0统计软件进行相关指标的分析。结果:患者AOP-FH、POP-FH和COP-FH组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。软组织侧貌指标中,Z角、Pog’-B’-FH和Li-B’-Pog’在各组间有统计学差异(P<0.01)。LLa-E线距在高角组和低角组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高角组A’-E线距与均角组和低角组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B’-E线距和ULa-N’-Pog’、LLa-N’-Pog’在均角组与高角组、均角组与低角组之间存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。患者AOP-FH与LLa-E线距相关性显著(P<0.01);POP-FH与A’-E线距、B’-E线距、Z角、Li-B’-Pog’、ULa-N’-Pog’和LLa-N’-Pog’、Pog’-B’-FH均存在显著相关性(P<0.01);COP-FH与LLa-E线距、B’-E线距、Z角、Pog’-B’-FH、LLa-N’-Pog’和Li-B’-Pog’具有明显的相关性(P<0.01)。结论:成年女性骨性Ⅱ类不同垂直骨面型错[牙合]患者[牙合]平面倾斜度对软组织侧貌有一定程度的影响。Objective:To study the correlation of occlusal plane inclination with facial soft tissue profile at the lower anterior face in adult females with skeletal classⅡmalocclusion.Methods:90 skeletal classⅡmalocclusion adult female patients,aged 18 to 28 years old,were divided into 3 groups based on GoGn-SN angle:Normal angle group(27.2°≤GoGn-SN≤37.7°,n=30),low angle group(GoGn-SN<27.2°,n=30)and high angle group(GoGn-SN>37.7°,n=30).The soft tissues,dentoskeletal landmarks and subsequent indexes were measured and analyzed using SKETCHPAD 5.06 and SPSS 23.0 software,respectively.Results:The sujects showed significant differences in AOP-FH,POP-FH and COP-FH among groups(P<0.01);In the soft tissue profile indicators,Z angle,Pog'-B'-FH and Li-B'-Pog'were different among gorups(P<0.01);the LLa-E line was different between the high and low angle groups(P<0.05);The A'-E line was different between the high and normal angle group and between high and low angle group.The B'-E line,ULa-N'-Pog'and LLa-N'-Pog'in high angle group were different between the normal and high and low angle groups respectively(P<0.01).AOP-FH were correlated with LLa-E(P<0.01);POP-FH was respectively correlated with A'-E,B'-E,Z angle,Pog'-B'-FH,Li-B'-Pog',ULa-N'-Pog'and LLa-N'-Pog'were correlated(P<0.01);COP-FH with LLa-E,B'-E,Z angle,Pog'-B'-FH,LLa-N'-Pog'and Li-B'-Pog'(P<0.01).Conclusion:The occlusal plane inclination affects the facial soft tissue profile with different vertical skeletal types in adult females with skeletal classⅡmalocclusion.
