摘 要:在智能矿山建设的大背景下,针对当前煤矿辅助运输的发展现状,分析了辅助运输发展过程中的痛点,提出了基于“MES”的智能辅助运输管控一体化的总体技术架构,主要围绕“人-车-物”三要素,聚焦辅助运输的工艺发展趋势,重点构建智能物流、车辆管控、车辆调度、智能叫车等分布式功能模块,着力于以信息化、自动化、智能化手段打通辅助运输管控的业务流程,最终形成减人提效、精准闭环的煤矿智能辅助运输管控一体化解决方案。Under the background of intelligent mine construction,in view of the current development status of auxiliary transportation in coal mines,the pain points in the development process of auxiliary transportation were analyzed,and the overall technical framework of intelligent auxiliary transportation management and control integration based on“MES”was proposed.The architecture mainly focuses on the three elements of“people,vehicles and things”,focuses on the process development trend of auxiliary transportation,focuses on building distributed functional modules such as intelligent logistics,vehicle control,vehicle scheduling,and intelligent car calling,and focuses on getting through the business process of auxiliary transportation control by means of information,automation,and intelligence,and finally forms an integrated solution for intelligent auxiliary transportation control in coal mines that reduces people and improves efficiency and is accurate and closed loop.
