Ki-67、AE1/AE3、p53在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Ki-67、AE1/AE3、p53在结直肠癌(CRC)患者癌组织中的表达、临床意义及相关性研究。方法收集2021年1月至2022年6月于本院手术治疗的76例CRC患者癌组织标本,选取同病例癌旁组织标本作为对照。免疫组化法检测组织标本中Ki-67、AE1/AE3、p53表达水平,分析三种蛋白表达水平与CRC临床病理学参数之间的关系及CRC患者癌组织中三种蛋白表达之间的相关性。结果CRC患者癌组织中Ki-67、AE1/AE3、p53表达阳性率显著高于癌旁组织,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。CRC患者癌组织中Ki-67、AE1/AE3、p53阳性表达与淋巴结是否存在转移、病理分化程度、TNM分期及浸润深度之间存在相关性(P<0.05),同时Ki-67和AE1/AE3阳性表达还与肿瘤直径之间存在相关性(P<0.05)。CRC患者癌组织中Ki-67表达与AE1/AE3和p53表达呈正相关(rs=0.591、0.334,P<0.05);AE1/AE3表达和p53表达也呈正相关(rs=0.441,P<0.05)。结论CRC患者Ki-67、AE1/AE3、p53阳性表达水平与淋巴结是否转移、病理分化程度、TNM分期及浸润深度之间有关,且三者之间具有相关性。随CRC患者病情发展,这些指标出现异常表达,为结直肠癌的临床诊断和治疗提供一定的理论参考。Objective To investigate the expression,clinical significance and correlation of Ki-67,AE1/AE3 and p53 in cancer tissues of patients with colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods 76 cancer tissue specimens from CRC patients surgically treated in our anorectal surgery from January 2021 to June 2022 were collected,and paracancerous tissue specimens from the same cases were selected as controls.The expression levels of Ki-67,AE1/AE3 and p53 in the tissue specimens were measured by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between the expression levels of the three proteins and the clinicopathological parameters of CRC and the correlation between the expression of the three proteins in the cancer tissues of CRC patients were analyzed.Results The positive expression of Ki-67,AE1/AE3 and p53 in cancer tissues of CRC patients was statistically significantly higher than that in paraneoplastic tissues(P<0.05).Ki-67 expression was positively correlated with AE1/AE3 and p53 expression in cancer tissues from CRC patients(rs=0.591,0.334,P<0.05).AE1/AE3 expression was also positively correlated with p53 expression(rs=0.441,P<0.05),and AE1/AE3 expression was positively correlated with p53 expression(rs=0.441,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between the positive expression levels of Ki-67,AE1/AE3 and p53 in CRC patients and whether the lymph nodes are metastatic,the degree of pathological differentiation,TNM stage and depth of infiltration,and there is a correlation between the three.The abnormal expressions appeared with the development of CRC patients,providing some theoretical reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
