基于数据挖掘探究《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗痿症的组方规律

摘　　要：目的 探究《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗痿证(重症肌无力)的组方规律。方法 收集并整理《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗痿证的90首方剂,对其药物种类、四气五味以及归经进行频次统计;运用关联规则、熵聚类方法分析痿证方药组合规律。结果 在治疗痿症90首方剂中,共涉及174味中药,药物使用频率≥12次的共有24味,以牛膝、当归、熟地为最多;用药以温性、甘苦,归肾、肝、脾经为主。通过关联规则分析出25组药物组合,经熵聚类分析出8首治疗痿症的新方。结论 《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗痿症多以补肾养肝健脾为主,所选用药物多具有活血补血、祛湿补气的作用。Objective To explore the prescription rules of treating impotence syndrome(myasthenia gravis)in Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions.Methods 90 prescriptions in Dictionary of prescription for impotence syndrome were collected and sorted out,and the drug types,four qi and five flavors and the frequency of meridians were counted,and the association rules and entropy clustering methods were used to analyze the combination law of impotence syndrome prescription.Results In 90 prescriptions for the treatment of impotence,a total of 174 Traditional Chinese Medicines(TMC)were involved,24 of which were used more frequently than 12 times,with Achyranthes bidentata,Angelica sinensis and cooked land as the most common drugs,mainly warm,bitter,kidney,liver and spleen meridians;25 groups of drug combinations were analyzed by association rules;and 8 new prescriptions for the treatment of impotence were analyzed by entropy clustering.Conclusion“Chinese Medicine prescription Dictionary”in the treatment of potence mainly to tonify the kidney,liver and spleen,the selection of drugs have the role of activating blood circulation and tonifying blood,dispelling dampness and tonifying qi.
