电项针联合西医治疗颈动脉狭窄致中风先兆患者临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察电项针联合西医对颈动脉狭窄致中风先兆患者临床疗效观察。方法选取80例颈动脉狭窄致中风先兆患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组予以西医常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用电项针治疗。观察两组患者疗效、中风先兆症状及眩晕症状评分、颈内动脉管腔内径、再次中风例数。结果1)观察组总有效率为85.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);2)治疗后,两组中风先兆症状及眩晕症状评分较前显著下降(P<0.05);且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);3)观察组治疗后28 d再次中风发病2例、6个月再次中风发病4例、12个月再次中风发病3例数,显著低于对照组治疗后28 d再次中风发病3例、6个月再次中风发病6例、12个月再次中风发病5例数(P<0.05);4)治疗后12个月,观察组颈内动脉管腔内径较对照组显著上升(P<0.05)。结论电项针联合西医能有效提高颈动脉狭窄致中风先兆患者疗效,改善中风先兆症状及眩晕症状评分,增加颈内动脉管腔内径范围,降低再次中风发病概率。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of electric nape acupuncture combined with western medicine on stroke aura caused by carotid stenosis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with stroke aura caused by carotid artery stenosis were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with electric nape acupuncture on the basis of conventional treatment.The curative effect,stroke aura symptom and vertigo symptom score,internal carotid artery lumen diameter and the number of re stroke were observed in the two groups.Results:l)The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.00%,which was significandy higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05);2)After treatment,the scores o£stroke aura and vertigo in the two groups decreased significantly(P<0.05);and there was a statistical difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05);3)The incidence of recurrent stroke in the observation group was 2 cases at 28 days,4 cases at 6 months,and 3 cases at 12 months after treatment,which were significantly lower than 3 cases at 28 days,6 cases at 6 months,and 5 cases at 12 months in the control group(P<0.05);4)There was no significant difiference in the lumen diameter between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but 12 months after treatment,the lumen diameter of the internal carotid artery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electric nape acupuncture combined with western medicine can effectively improve the curative effect of patients with stroke aura caused by carotid stenosis,improve the scores of stroke aura symptoms and vertigo symptoms,increase the inner diameter range of internal carotid artery lumen,and reduce the incidence of stroke again,which is worth popularizing.
