摘　　要：自1785年John Huntert切除首例腮腺肿瘤以来,临床医生在腮腺肿瘤术式和切口方面做了大量尝试与改进,以减少术后并发症、寻求更佳的美学效果。本文主要围绕腮腺手术切口的美观问题作一综述,以期为腮腺手术切口的选择提供参考。Since John Huntert removed the first parotid gland tumor in 1785,clinicians have made a lot of attempts and improvements in the surgical methods and incisions of parotid gland tum ors to reduce postoperative complications and seek better aesthetic results.This paper mainly reviews the aesthetic problems of parotid incision in order to provide reference for the selection of parotid inc ision.
