摘  要:目的:探讨有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入术对高度近视的矫治效果。方法:选择2020年6月至2022年6月在芜湖昭美眼科医院门诊接受近视矫治的70例高度近视患者,矫正术式为有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入术,观察患者手术前后的矫正视力、晶状体透明度、角膜内皮细胞计数、裸眼视力、前房深度、屈光度、人工晶体位置、眼压、眼轴,并统计其并发症的发生率。结果:患者术后的矫正视力、裸眼视力高于术前,前房深度、屈光度低于术前(P<0.05);术后角膜内皮细胞计数、眼压、眼轴与术前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者术后并发症的发生率为2.86%。结论:有晶体眼后房型人工晶体植入术具有良好的光学矫正效果,能有效提高高度近视患者的视力,对眼结构无明显影响,安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation on high myopia.Method:A total of 70 patients with high myopia who received myopic correction in the outpatient department of Zhaomei Eye Hospital in Wuhu from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected.The correction method was posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.The corrected visual acuity,lens transparency,corneal endothelial cell count,naked eye visual acuity,anterior chamber depth,diopter,intraocular lens position,intraocular pressure and ocular axis of the patients before and after surgery were observed,and the incidence of complications was calculated.Results:The corrected visual acuity and naked eye visual acuity after surgery were higher than those before surgery,and the anterior chamber depth and diopter were lower than those before surgery(P<0.05).Postoperative corneal endothelial cell count,intraocular pressure and ocular axis were not significantly different from those before surgery(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 2.86%.Conclusion:Posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation has good optical correction effect,can effectively improve the vision of patients with high myopia,no obvious effect on the structure of the eye,high saf ety,worthy of popularization and application.
