摘 要:基于压电陶瓷和压电聚合物组装的柔性压电纳米发电机(PNG),由于其较差的生物相容性和生物降解性,限制了其在可穿戴设备和植入设备等领域的应用。通过水基分散法制备了鱼明胶/钛酸钡(BTO)柔性复合薄膜PNG,其兼具良好的生物相容性和高压电输出特性。研究结果表明,当BTO掺杂质量分数为50%时,鱼明胶/BTO柔性复合薄膜PNG的输出性能最优,输出开路电压可达约7.2 V,短路电流约为275 nA,比纯鱼明胶柔性薄膜PNG分别约提高了3.8倍和3.4倍,输出功率可达2.2μW,并且鱼明胶/BTO柔性复合薄膜PNG经过2000次循环敲击测试后,输出开路电压没有明显下降,柔性复合薄膜PNG的输出性能稳定。同时,将鱼明胶/BTO柔性复合薄膜PNG贴合到手指关节处,可以对不同手指弯曲进行实时监测,表明该鱼明胶/BTO柔性复合薄膜PNG具有良好的柔性和生物相容性,有望在可植入和可穿戴电子设备中得到广泛应用。Due to poor biocompatibility and biodegradability,flexible piezoelectric nanogenerators(PNGs)assembled based on piezoelectric ceramics and piezoelectric polymers have limited their applications in fields such as wearable and implantable devices.A fish gelatin/barium titanate(BTO)flexible composite film PNG with good biocompatibility and high-voltage electrical output properties was prepared by a water-based dispersion method.The research results show that when the BTO doping mass fraction is 50%,the output performance of the fish gelatin/BTO flexible composite film PNG is optimal,and the output open-circuit voltage can reach about 7.2 V and the short-circuit current is about 275 nA,which is about 3.8 and about 3.4 times higher than those of the pure fish gelatin flexible film PNG,and the output power can reach 2.2μW.And the fish gelatin/BTO flexible composite film PNG has no obvious drop in output open-circuit voltage after 2000 cycles of knock test,and the output performances of the flexible composite film PNG are stable.Meanwhile,the fish gelatin/BTO flexible composite film PNG can be laminated to the finger joints to monitor different finger bends in real time,showing that the fish gelatin/BTO flexible composite film PNG has good flexibility and biocompatibility,and is expected to be widely used in implantable and wearable electronic devices.
