摘　　要：食管混合性神经内分泌-非神经内分泌肿瘤(mixed neuroendorine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasm,MiNEN)为一种罕见肿瘤,报道较少,已报道病例中以手术切除为主。本文报道1例食管MiNEN并文献复习,对该病做系统性回顾,为临床治疗提供借鉴和参考。Esophageal mixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasm(MiNEN)is a rare tumor that is rarely reported,and surgical resection is the main treatment in the reported cases.This article reported a case of esophageal MiNEN and reviewed the literature.This disease was systematically reviewed to provide reference for clinical treatment.
