摘　　要：直肠良性淋巴滤泡性息肉(rectal tonsil,RT)临床少见,易被误诊为神经内分泌肿瘤及恶性淋巴瘤。现通过1例RT的病例分析,并结合国内外文献的学习,进一步分析RT的病因、临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗,以提高临床医师对该病的认识,避免误诊。Rectal tonsil(RT)which is easily misdiagnosed as neuroendocrine and malignant lymphoma is very rare.To investigate the etiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of RT,to improve clinicians′understanding of the disease,and to reduce misdiagnosis,one case of RT was reported.
