摘  要:对大型城市而言,以TOD(transit-oriented-development)模式为导向进行城市建设对缓解交通拥堵、节约土地资源具有重要的现实意义。为有效评价TOD模式的实施效能,首先以轨道交通和城市用地的协调程度为切入点,基于经典的“节点-场所”模型(node-place model),结合城市路网、人口、建筑等多源数据,对地铁站点区域内TOD模式导向下的建设效能进行评估并对站点进行分类。随后根据交通与发展政策研究所(institute for transportation and development policy,ITDP)的评价标准对各类别的典型站点进行了调研和分析。以武汉市地铁2号线为例,研究结果表明,站域土地利用和交通功能的协同发展更符合TOD模式导向下的建设要求。武汉市应当对不同类型的站点采取针对性措施,以提高其TOD建设效能。For large cities,TOD-oriented urban construction is of great practical significance to alleviate traffic congestion and save land resources.In order to effectively evaluate the implementation effect of TOD,this study firstly takes the coordination degree of rail transit and the urban land use as the starting pointand combines multiple sources of data such as urban road network,population,and buildings,etc.,to investigate the construction effectiveness of TOD-oriented construction in the area of subway stations via the classical"Node-Place"model.Secondly,the typical stations of each category are investigated and analyzed according to the evaluation criteria of ITDP.Taking Wuhan Metro Line 2 as an example,the research results show that the synergistic development of land use and transportation functions in the station area is more in line with the construction requirements under the TOD mode orientation,and that targeted measures should be taken for different types of stations in order to improve their TOD construction effectiveness in Wuhan.
