女性生殖道不同HPV感染类型与阴道感染性疾病相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨女性生殖道不同人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染类型与阴道感染性疾病的相关性。方法选择2017年1月至2020年1月间在河南科技大学第一附属医院查体的586例女性作为研究对象,所有受试者均接受HPV分型检测和白带常规检测,分析受试者HPV感染情况及阴道感染性疾病发生情况,并分析其相关性。结果HPV感染者阴道单一感染发生率、阴道混合性感染发生率均显著高于HPV未感染者,HPV感染者与HPV未感染者TV合并VVC发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);高危型HPV感染者阴道单一感染发生率、阴道混合性感染发生率均显著高于低危型HPV感染者(P<0.05);多重HPV感染者阴道单一感染发生率、阴道混合性感染发生率均显著高于单一HPV感染者(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析显示,女性生殖道HPV感染、高危型HPV感染、多重HPV感染与阴道混合性感染正相关(r=0.402,0.539,0.645,P<0.05)。结论女性生殖道HPV与阴道感染性疾病密切相关,尤其是女性生殖道HPV感染、高危型HPV感染、多重HPV感染与阴道混合性感染密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between different types of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in female genital tract and vaginal infectious diseases.Methods A total of 586 women were selected in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 as subjects of study.All subjects were tested for HPV typing and vaginal microecology.The incidence of HPV infection and vaginal infectious diseases were analyzed and their correlation was analyzed.Results The incidences of single infection and mixed infection in HPV infected patients were significantly higher than those in HPV uninfected patients.There was no significant difference in the incidence of TV combined with VVC between HPV infected patients and HPV uninfected patients(P<0.05);The incidences of single infection and mixed infection in high-risk HPV patients were significantly higher than those in low-risk HPV patients(P<0.05);The incidences of single infection and mixed infection were significantly higher in patients with multiple HPV infection than those with single HPV infection(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that female genital HPV infection,high-risk HPV infection and multiple HPV infection were positively correlated with mixed vaginal infection(r=0.402,0.539,0.645,P<0.05).Conclusion HPV infection in female genital tract is closely related to vaginal infectious diseases,especially HPV infection in female genital tract,high-risk HPV infection and multiple HPV infection.
