摘 要:中国众创空间发展进入深度整合期,如何在“双创”浪潮下突破瓶颈实现转型发展成为众多民营众创空间的首要任务。以民营A众创空间为研究对象,以其经营模式为切入点,总结出以“三化”为核心的运营模式创新特征。分析表明,品牌化、专业化和国际化的市场战略有利于众创空间发挥自身优势,提升竞争力。以“三化”为特征的企业品牌化建设和较强的内外部资源整合能力建设,是A众创空间形成战略竞争力的重要途径。The development of China’s makerspace has entered a period of deep integration. How to break through the bottleneck and achieve transformation and development under the wave of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has become the primary task of many makerspaces.This paper takes a makerspace as the research object and its business model as the entry point, and summarizes the characteristics of operation model innovation with "three modernizations" as the core.The analysis shows that, the market strategy of branding, specialization and internationalization is conducive to the makerspace to give full play to its own advantages and enhance its competitiveness. Enterprise brand construction characterized by "three modernizations" and strong internal and external resource integration ability construction are an important way to form the strategic competitiveness of A mass innovation space.
