摘 要:实践教学是酒店管理专业人才培养的关键环节,是一个完整的体系,实践教学基地是其中最核心的部分。酒店管理专业实践教学的形式多样,包括传统的实训教室、现代化的实训中心、酒店软件实训室、智慧酒店实训室、校内实习酒店等,以及技能大师工作室、高技能人才培训基地、现代产业学院等创新形式,这些形式互为补充、各有侧重。实践教学基地应具备多个基本功能,包括作为学生实习实训和高质量就业的基地、双师型教师的培养基地、教研课题和企业课题的研究基地、人才培养模式的示范基地等。For hotel management major,practical teaching is the key link of talent training,but also the weak link of professional teaching.Practical teaching is a complete system,and practical teaching base is the most important part of it.There are many fonns of practical teaching,including traditional training classrooms,modem training centers,hotel software training rooms,smart hotel training rooms,on-campus hotels for internship,etc.,as well as innovative forms such as skill master studios,high-skilled personnel training bases,and modem industrial colleges.These forms complement each other and each has its own emphasis.The practical teaching base should have several basic functions,including as a base for students'practical training and high-quality employment,a training base for double-qualified teachers,a research base for teaching research projects and enterprise projects,and a demonstration base for talent training models.
