行为技能训练提升自闭症儿童眼神侦测能力的个案研究

摘　　要：采用A-B实验设计,以一名自闭症儿童及其家长为研究对象,检验:a)行为技能训练是否能改善家长执行眼神侦测教学程序的正确率;b)家长习得眼神侦测教学程序后能否在真实情境中继续保持教学程序的一致性;c)家长执行教学是否可以改善自闭症儿童的眼神侦测能力。结果表明:行为技能训练能够改善家长执行眼神侦测教学程序的正确率;家长习得眼神侦测教学程序后能够在真实情境中继续保持教学程序的一致性,家长执行教学可以改善自闭症儿童的眼神侦测能力,且其他家庭成员肯定使用行为技能训练培训家长教导自闭症儿童眼神侦测行为表现有正向效果。同时,为教导家长执行自闭症儿童技能训练,提供了一种可供参考的策略。This study,adopting the A-B experimental design and taking an autistic child and his/her parents as the research objects,tested:a) whether the training of behavioral skills helps improve the accuracy of parents' implementation of eye detection teaching procedures;b) whether parents can continue to maintain the consistency of teaching procedures in real situations after acquiring the eye-detection teaching procedures;c) whether parental teaching can improve the eye detection ability of autistic children.The results are as follows:the training of behavioral skills helps improve the accuracy of parents' eye detection teaching;after parents acquire the eye detection teaching procedures,they can continue to maintain the consistency of the teaching procedures in the real situation;parents' teaching can improve the eye detection ability of autistic children,and other family members are sure that the use of behavioral skills training to train parents to teach the eye detection behavior of autistic children has a positive effect.At the same time,this study provides a reference for teaching parents to carry out skills training for autistic children.
