贵州安顺市动物标识及动物产品追溯体系的探索

摘　　要：近年来,畜禽的食品安全问题成为人们关注的话题。随着动物产品消费的日益高涨,动物疫病在食品供应链的任何环节都可能发生污染,造成人的健康隐患。如何保证畜禽食品安全成为了畜禽业发展的一大课题。动物标识及动物产品可追溯体系可快速查找出传染源,能在一定程度上有效防控重大动物疫病,是从源头上保障动物性食品安全的重要途径之一。文章对贵州安顺市动物标识及动物产品追溯体系建设现状进行了总结,对存在的共性问题进行了分析,并提出建议和对策,以期为畜牧业相关追溯体系的建设提供参考。Over the past few years,the food safety issue of livestock and poultry products has become a topic of concern for the people.With the increasing consumption of animal products,the increased risk of animal pathogens contaminating food at any stage of the food supply chain is becoming a big threat to the human health.How to ensure the safety of animal food has become a major challenge for the development of the livestock and poultry industry.Through the system of animal labeling and traceability for animal products,the prevention of major animal diseases can effectively be improved,the source of infection can be quickly identified,which is one of the important ways to ensure the safety of animal based food from the source.The article summarized the current statue of the construction of Animal Labeling and Animal Products Traceability System in Anshun City,Guizhou,proposed suggestions and countermeasures for common problems,so as to provide reference for the on-going construction.
