摘　　要：学科建设是高校发展的龙头,是高校核心竞争力的重要体现。地方行业院校只有突出自身优势,注重交叉结合,优化学科结构,重视人才建设,抓牢人才培养,才能走出一条符合自身特点的学科建设发展之路。重庆交通大学以一流学科和重点学科为引领,坚持内涵与特色、建设与创新并重,不断优化体制机制,注重学科体系整体实力的全面提升,促成“强优势”“促交叉”“填空白”“补短板”的学科建设。Discipline construction is the leading part of the development of higher education and an important embodiment of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities.Only by highlighting their own advantages,paying attention to interdisciplinary combination,optimizing discipline structure,attaching importance to talent construction and strengthening talent training,can local industry colleges and universities find their own discipline construction methods.Under the guidance of first-class disciplines and key disciplines,Chongqing Jiaotong University attaches equal importance to connotation development and characteristic development,construction and innovation,constantly optimizes the system and mechanism,and pays attention to the comprehensive improvement of the overall strength of the discipline system,thus having accumulated the discipline construction experience of“strengthening the advantages”,“promoting interdisciplinary development”,“filling the gaps”and“making up the shortcomings”.
