摘　　要：专业学位研究生人才培养质量问题是社会各界所关心的焦点.对南阳师范学院在2012-2022年培育的生物与医药专业研究生进行了梳理,也对本专业学位人才培养实践中可能出现的新情况进行了分析,从生物与医药专业研究生的教育方法、研究和实践能力、导师队伍建设、教育评价体系的建立等方面,系统地提出一套专业学位硕士研究生教育人才高质量培养体系,对高质量培养专业学位硕士研究生具有重要意义.The quality of professional degree graduate talent cultivation is the focus of attention from all walks of life.This article reviews the graduate students majoring in biology and medicine cultivated by Nanyang Normal University from 2012 to 2022,and analyzes the possible new situations in the cultivation of graduate students majoring in biology and medicine.It systematically proposes a high-quality cultivation system for graduate students majoring in biology and medicine in terms of educational methods,research and practical abilities,mentor team construction,and the establishment of an educational evaluation system,which is of great significance for high-quality cultivation of professional master’s degree candidates.
