基于双因素理论的高校教师教学投入激励策略研究

摘　　要：高校教师的教学投入影响教学质量及学生培养质量。运用混合式研究方法,以地方本科高校教师为研究对象,对地方本科高校教师教学投入状况进行调查分析,同时辅以访谈深入了解教师教学投入影响因素,利用双因素理论分析教师教学投入的影响因素并提出解决的策略。The teaching investment of college teachers affects the quality of teaching and the quality of students' training.By using the mixed research method,this paper investigates and analyzes the teachers' teaching investment in local undergraduate universities,and at the same time,it is supplemented by interviews to deeply understand the influencing factors of teachers' teaching investment,and analyzes the influencing factors of teaching investment by using the two-factor theory and puts forward some solutions.
