摘　　要：目的 探讨Parkinson’s KinetiGraph(PKG)腕表在帕金森病(PD)人群中识别、定量评估运动症状的可行性以及与基于量表评估结果的相关性。方法 选取2019年至2020年大连市友谊医院PD专科门诊中符合国际帕金森和运动障碍协会(MDS)诊断标准的临床确诊PD患者84例(分为早期PD组44例和中期PD组40例),佩戴PKG腕表,连续记录7 d内的运动迟缓评分(BKS)、震颤时间百分比;应用MDS统一帕金森病评定量表Ⅲ(UPDRSⅢ)进行运动症状评估,应用39项帕金森病生活质量问卷进行生活质量评估;计算基于量表的评分与基于腕表评测结果的相关性。结果 PD患者的BKS与MDS-UPDRSⅢ总分、MDS-UPDRSⅢ运动迟缓评分均呈正相关(r=0.496,P=0.01;r=0.482,P<0.01)。结论 基于PKG腕表评估PD患者运动症状的结果与基于临床量表评估的结果具有明确的相关性,提示PKG腕表可用于客观、量化、动态评估PD运动症状。Objective To explore the feasibility of Parkinson's KinetiGraph(PKG)watch to identify and quantitatively evaluate the motor symptoms and investigate the correlation with scale evaluation results in Parkinson's disease(PD)population.Methods A total of 84PD patients who met MDS diagnostic criteria and visited the professional PD clinic of Dalian Friendship Hospital from 2019to 2020(were divided into early stage and middle stage according to H-Y stages)were recruited in this study.All of them wore the PKG watch for 7consecutive days to record bradykinesia score(BKS)and percent time with tremor(PTT).Movement Disorder Society-Sponsored Revision of the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating ScaleⅢ(MDS-UPDRSⅢ)was used to evaluate the motor symptoms,and Parkinson's Disease Questionnaire(PDQ-39)was employed to evaluate the quality of life.The correlations of BKS and PTT with results of clinical rating scales were analyzed.Results BKS was positively correlated with total score and BKS of MDS-UPDRSⅢ(R=0.496,P=0.01;R=0.482,P<0.01).Conclusion The parameters of PKG watch have a good correlation with the results of clinical rating scales,which suggesting that PKG watch can be used to evaluate PD motor symptoms objectively,quantitatively and dynamically.
