摘 要:为准确把握国外烟草多用途领域的专利布局现状和产业化态势,对1980—2022年全球公开公告的629件国外烟草多用途利用领域的专利进行了统计分析。结果表明:(1)2007—2015年,专利申请量显著增长,是技术研发的快速发展期,随后,专利申请量明显下降。国外企业尤其是跨国烟草企业是烟草多用途领域专利的申请主体,以美国的企业申请量最多。(2)国外烟草多用途利用技术主要集中在化工原料、添加剂、药用和用作生物反应器等领域。专利数量以化工原料制备领域最多,该领域包括内源性成分的直接提取和反应型化工原料的制备等。(3)在产业化应用方面,烟碱、烟草香料是烟草废弃物利用的重点方向,作为生物反应器,疫苗和抗体的高效表达是重点方向。To help researchers in China accurately grasp the status and main directions of foreign patents in the field of tobacco multi-functional utilization,a total of 629 patents filed from 1980 to 2022 were statistically analyzed.The results showed that:1)The number of patent applications increased significantly from 2007 to 2015,reflecting the rapid development of technological research and industrialization,after which the number decreased significantly.Foreign companies,especially international tobacco companies,were the main source of patent applications in this field.The largest number of patents was filed by U.S.companies.2)Foreign tobacco multi-functional utilization technologies were mainly concentrated in the fields of raw chemical materials,additives,pharmaceuticals and bioreactors.The largest number of patents was in the field of raw material preparation,which included the direct extraction of endogenous compounds and the preparation of reaction products.3)In terms of industrialization applications,nicotine and tobacco flavors were the key directions of tobacco waste utilization.As a bioreactor,efficient expression of vaccines and antibodies was the key direction.
